Job summary

Rancho Bellagio Post Acute in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join the rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to maximize mobility and independence.

Requirements include a California PT license in good standing and graduation from an accredited PT program; post-acute experience is preferred. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Post-Acute experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating residents’ physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
