Alamitos Belmont Rehabilitation in Long Beach, CA is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, and deliver rehabilitative treatments with support from leadership.

Flexible PRN schedule with pay $55-59/hour based on experience. PT license required; new grads welcome. You may stand, walk, and assist with patient handling across the facility while delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to PTs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care.
• Develop and implement care plans aligned with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Perform discharge summaries and communicate with patients, families, and other providers.
