Job summary

Alamitos Belmont Rehabilitation in Long Beach, CA is seeking a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You’ll participate in clinical decisions with supportive leadership and a dynamic work environment.

Pay ranges $52–$58 per hour based on experience. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to mentor, contribute to program development, and a strong emphasis on infection control and patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid OT license.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and plan care.
• Use standardized assessments to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatments.
• Conduct ADL retraining and therapeutic activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Communicate progress with supervisor and health team.
• Provide discharge summaries per regulations.
