Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed PT programs to maintain or improve physical function.
• Perform and document initial exams to identify problems and plan interventions.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment to maximize benefit.
• Review referrals and patient records to determine required PT treatment.
• Test and measure strength, function, and perception; record data.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and billing guidelines.
