Job summary

Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our employee-owned team at DuPage Care Center in Wheaton, IL and Tabor Hills in Naperville, IL. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and help them regain mobility, strength, and reduce pain while improving quality of life.

The role involves supervising PTAs, maintaining documentation, and meeting productivity standards. A valid state license is required or licensure eligibility, with experience in acute/long-term care

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license or be eligible for licensure.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation.
• Help patients achieve mobility and improve quality of life.
