Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate patient documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes.
• Meets department productivity and budgeted expectations; adjusts schedules to patient needs.
• Participates in process management to improve quality and efficiency of services.
• Supervises PT and PTA students to develop clinical skills and ensure quality patient care.
• Communicates professionally with patients, physicians, staff and external customers.
