Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for on-site rehab services in Roswell, NM. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy and coordinating care within skilled nursing facilities across the region.

Qualified candidates have an accredited degree and a valid PT license (or in process). Open to therapists at all experience levels, with an emphasis on improving patient recovery and quality of life through expert interventions.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state or in process.

• Must have graduated from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Uses evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards

Experience/Qualifications:
