Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri! The position offers a competitive pay range of $55-$65 per hour and the opportunity to impact patient recovery within a clinically driven team.

Must have graduated from an accredited university and hold a valid license in the appropriate state. This role is open to therapists at all experience levels and includes duties such as employing evidence-based practice,

Responsibilities

• Uses evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
