You will provide direct patient care for both in-patients and out-patients, helping restore function and mobility while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association-approved PTA program.
• Current unrestricted PTA license from the Arizona State Board.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Physical Therapist in patient care for in-patients and out-patients in a small CAH.
• Provide services to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent disabilities.
• Maintain professional appearance and participate in CQI activities.
• Demonstrate teamwork, good attendance, communication, and timely performance.
