Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Valid state Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Assist in screening and initial evaluations.
• Implement treatment per established plan of care.
• Document and bill according to guidelines.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians when required.
• Integrate PT services into facility and treatment plans.
• Participate in case management and care conferences.
