Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Rochelle, Illinois. Working under a physical therapist, you will help carry out individualized treatment plans and provide patient-care that supports functional outcomes.

You will assist with developing and implementing therapy programs, support patients through all phases of treatment, and maintain clear documentation of patient responses.

• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
