Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized plans of care and support patients throughout treatment.

You will help deliver quality treatment, record patient responses, communicate with the PT, director, and staff, and operate standard therapy equipment to promote functional outcomes.

• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
