Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN, on-site role. You will implement therapist-designed treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and help monitor progress with documentation and family education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, communication and teamwork skills; proficient with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing PTs' treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and educate patients and families on protocols and exercises.
• Document treatments and progress in line with policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
