Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN, on-site role. Build your own schedule and balance work‑life with flexible, open-to-negotiate compensation of $30–36 per hour based on experience.

You will assist in implementing treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with Physical Therapists and staff across settings from nursing facilities to hospitals.

Qualifications

• An Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
