You will assess patients, design and supervise treatment plans, and collaborate with a caring care team to deliver quality outcomes.

The role offers $55-$60/hour depending on experience, with opportunities for growth across diverse settings including nursing facilities, hospitals, home care, and pediatric services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Treatment and Education: Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments; educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and home routines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
