Qualifications

• PTA degree from accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Passion to learn, grow, and impact patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients per an established plan.
• Progress patients safely through treatment levels.
• Consult with supervising PT regarding progress and changes in condition.
• Document treatment and patient interactions per CORA policies.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
• Maintain communication with rehabilitation team and patient.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow clinic skills and culture.
