Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for per diem PRN work in our outpatient clinics in the Jacksonville area. You’ll deliver patient-centered care, evaluate individuals, and develop personalized plans of care while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

This role values clinical autonomy and collaboration, and uses EMR automation and AI-powered tools to streamline documentation and outcomes tracking.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide inclusive, hands-on care in one of our outpatient clinics.
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care.
