CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a per diem PRN outpatient position. You will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care, choose when you work, and support patients in moving, recovering, and resuming activities they love.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexibility, and collaboration with supervising PTs and the rehab team to ensure optimal outcomes. CORA provides tools and support to empower clinicians.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients according to a treatment plan.
• Progress patients through treatment levels within capabilities.
• Consult with supervising PT on progress and changes in patient condition.
• Document treatment and interactions per CORA policies.
• Educate patient and family on home programs and activities.
• Maintain communication with patient, family and rehab team.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
