Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Must have an up-to-date Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• CPR certified (adult only).

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy treatments under a Physical Therapist’s Plan of Care.
• Document treatments according to Rehab Department’s protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the Physical Therapist and other staff.
