Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This PRN position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, resident-focused environment dedicated to restoring mobility, strength, and independence.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, and providing skilled interventions to improve mobility, balance, and endurance, with education for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (required)
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
