Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team covering Kokomo, Peru, and Wabash. You will support licensed physical therapists to deliver skilled care across home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings.

You’ll develop and adjust treatment plans, assist with discharge planning, participate in case management, and maintain positive interactions with residents and staff while complying with state regulations.

Qualifications

• The PTA assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist.
• Adheres to state regulations governing physical therapy assistant services.

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
