Job summary

North Woods Village in Kokomo, IN is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support skilled care under the supervision of a licensed PT. This role covers Kokomo, Peru, and Wabash across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings including home health, SNF, and outpatient services.

You will develop and adjust treatment plans, assist with discharge planning, contribute to case management, and maintain positive interactions with residents and staff.

PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Opportunity with American Senior Communities

Willing to cover Kokomo, Peru, and Wabash

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
