Job summary

Community Health Systems seeks a Physical Therapist for a PRN role at Physicians Regional Pine Ridge in Naples, FL. You will evaluate patients, plan and administer therapy, and document progress daily in a fast-paced acute care setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff, adapt plans to patient needs, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting timely recovery. A PT license in Florida and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe, effective therapy treatments and documents interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts plans based on patient progress.
• Maintains clear documentation of evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Operates therapy equipment safely and maintains a clean environment.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintains compliance with policies, safety, and infection control.
• Performs other duties and maintains reliable attendance.
