Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Joliet, IL is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team, providing patient-focused care in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, re-evaluate progress, and complete timely documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress

• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
