Functional Pathways is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join the Elk River Fayetteville therapy team in Fayetteville, TN. The PT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plans of care under physician supervision, ensuring quality patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, be licensed in the state, and demonstrate strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills to collaborate with therapists and staff

Qualifications

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
