Job summary

Elk River Health and Nursing Center of Fayetteville in Fayetteville, TN is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. The PT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and revise plans of care under physician supervision, supporting resident well-being and professional development.

Requirements include a PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate), active state license, and strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Experience supervising PTAs is preferred.
