Hickory Creek at Columbus is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver skilled PT services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings in Columbus, IN. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise PTAs while contributing to case management and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Join a team of licensed therapists and directors of therapy, delivering compassionate care to senior residents across local ASC facilities, with flexible shifts and supportive colleagues.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in Physical Therapy required.
• Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants encouraged.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
