• Valid Pennsylvania state license to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and conditions
• Develop individualized therapy plans to meet patient needs
• Document progress toward objectives and communicate status to the patient and family
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed; supervise PT assistants and staff
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Communicate with family members or patient representatives
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional regulations
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and regulations

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and conditions

• Accurately documenting progress toward objectives and communicating patient status and needs to the patient, the patient's family
• Monitor progress of patients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plansSupervise and guide physical therapy assistants and other support staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Communicate with family members or patient responsible parties
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and professional regulations
