Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania state license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and conditions.
• Develop individualized therapy plans to meet patient needs.
• Document progress toward objectives and communicate status to patient and family.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate with family members or responsible parties.
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional regulations.
• Stay updated on advances in physical therapy practices and guidelines.
