Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document progress and communicate status to patient and family.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and support staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Communicate with family members or responsible parties.
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional regulations.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and conditions

• Accurately documenting progress toward objectives and communicating patient status and needs to the patient, the patient's family
• Monitor progress of patients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and other support staff.

• Communicate with family members or patient responsible parties
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and professional regulations

Education and Qualifications:
