Job summary

Nelson Care Center in Alexandria, MN invites you to join our therapy team as a PRN Physical Therapist. You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and revise the plan of care under physician supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a PT degree (Bachelors/Master/Doctorate), active state license, and strong time-management and communication skills; you may supervise PT Assistants and contribute to patient outcomes in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
