• Operate basic laboratory equipment (e.g., centrifuges, labeling printers, scanners).
• Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and staff.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, report distribution, processing, and faxing.
• If applicable, collect drug screens using Chain of Custody Process.
