Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture on adults, neonates, and children per protocol.
• Check-in patients and verify information; process test orders in Epic and LIS.
• Instruct patients on specimen collection procedures; collect urine specimens for drug screening.
• Prepare equipment, stock supplies, and maintain lab safety and cleanliness.
• Answer phones, maintain logs, and enter data in LIS.
