• Maintains phlebotomy equipment and workspace following safety standards.
• Documents patient and specimen information accurately in the system.
• Collects timed specimens as ordered and meets clinical needs.
• Identifies and resolves specimen issues, including recollections when needed.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to clarify orders and status.
• Adheres to safety and regulatory standards.
