The Staff Pad is partnering with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN, to hire a dependable phlebotomist for the laboratory team. You will collect and process patient specimens to support accurate testing for inpatient and outpatient populations.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee phlebotomy certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood and other specimens safely from patients of all ages.
• Label, document, and prepare specimens for testing.
• Complete routine and STAT lab collections in a timely manner.
• Obtain patient consent when required for procedures.
• File and deliver laboratory reports to appropriate departments.
• Monitor, replace, and maintain phlebotomy supplies and inventory.
• Follow safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
• Provide excellent patient service and communication.
