Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Performs blood draws by venipuncture according to protocol, ensuring safety and quality.
• Performs specimen collection using appropriate techniques and provides patients and care providers with instructions.
• Provides immediate patient care if post-venipuncture reaction occurs.
• Advises and assists nursing staff as needed.
• Performs data entry in HIS/LIS systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintains proper specimen labeling, container types, and transport conditions.
• Mentors students, employees, and other health care providers as applicable.
