VytlOne is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Pharmacy Technician for the JPS Correctional Health Pharmacy in Fort Worth, TX. This PRN role supports inmate medication dispensing, EMR order processing, and inventory control in a fast-paced correctional setting.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, Texas Pharmacy Technician registration, and PTCB or NHA certification, with inpatient or correctional pharmacy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician registration.
• PTCB or NHA certification required.
• Prior inpatient/correctional or high-volume experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill, package and prepare inmate medications.
• Process requests through the EMR system.
• Handle controlled substances per regulations.
• Manage inventory and restock as needed.
• Assist with medication pass preparation.
• Troubleshoot medication issues as they arise.
• Maintain compliance with security and pharmacy standards.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Participate in orientation, training, and team meetings.
• Keep the pharmacy clean and orderly.
