Job summary

Curant Health is seeking a PRN Pharmacy Technician to join its team in St Louis, MO. You will be the primary link between patients, physicians and the pharmacy, ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment and data entry.

Candidates must be currently registered as a Missouri Pharmacy Technician and have strong communication skills. Retail pharmacy experience and 2 years of technician work are preferred, with a commitment to high-quality patient service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Missouri Pharmacy Technician registration required.
• 2 years pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Experience in a retail pharmacy environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fills prescriptions by retrieving prescription orders, counting, pouring, measuring or weighing medication tablets, liquids, and creams; mixing or reconstituting medications as needed; selecting, filling, and labeling prescription containers; and operating scanning equipment and/or automated dispensing systems to ensure prescription accuracy.
• Work and grow in a collaborative and family-like atmosphere where you are more than just a number.
• Accurately input necessary data to keep patient records up to date. Analyze and review data for completeness and accuracy of documentation according to specified standards
