A-Line Staffing is seeking a PRN Pharmacist for an on-site assignment in Hudson, Wisconsin. The role focuses on accurate dispensing, patient counseling, medication safety, and regulatory compliance.

The position offers weekend and on-call coverage with competitive hourly pay of $65.75, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 30 days on payroll, contract-to-hire potential, and weekend rotation responsibilities. Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Active pharmacist license issued by the Wisconsin State Pharmacy Board.
• Understanding of prescription medications, safety, dosing, side effects and interactions.
• Ability to explain medication instructions clearly to patients.
• Willingness to work variable hours including weekends and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.
• Counsel patients on dosage, administration, storage and adverse effects.
• Monitor medication safety, interactions and adherence.
• Provide clinical services such as blood pressure, smoking cessation and cholesterol management.
• Perform compounding for internal or external use and prepare sterile solutions when trained.
• Maintain confidential patient records and proper pharmacy documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate dispensing practices.
• Monitor inventory and supervise pharmacy staff as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to resolve drug-related issues.
