Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) license and active Wisconsin license in good standing.
• On-call/overnight coverage experience preferred.
• Non-sterile compounding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, storage, dosage, and interactions.
• Maintain confidential patient and pharmacy records.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on medical devices and assist with clinical services as applicable.
• Compound non-sterile medications.
