Job summary

Stellus Rx LLC in Plano, TX is seeking a Pharmacist PRN to support our communities by fulfilling prescription drug orders and providing medication management services as part of the care team. You will help patients navigate therapies and collaborate with providers to improve health outcomes.

This role requires availability for Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, a PharmD from an accredited school, active TX licensure, and strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist licensure in TX.
• Experience in population health management or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill prescription drug orders and provide medication management services.
• Counsel patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and generics.
• Oversee staff scheduling and pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and SOPs.
• Coordinate with care team and providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
