Job summary

Marathon Health, a national primary care provider, is hiring a Pharmacist to dispense medications and advise on use, dosage, and interactions. You will manage the Pharmacy, perform admin duties, and supervise technicians.

You will review prescriptions for safety, counsel on OTC meds, maintain records, process insurance, and ensure compliance with regulations. Strong leadership and Microsoft 365 skills are required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and state licensure.
• 2+ years of experience working in a pharmacy.
• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients and practitioners on how to take medications, indications, interactions, dosage, and storage.
• Review prescriptions for drug interactions, allergies and patient safety.
• Advise on OTC medications and provide pharmaceutical information.
• Manage the Pharmacy operations and supervise technicians.
• Process insurance claims and maintain audit-ready records.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
