Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with active Illinois license and Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Experience dispensing in retail, community, or clinical pharmacy settings required.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately per provider orders and standards.
• Review prescriptions for dosing, interactions, and contraindications; clarify orders as needed.
• Counsel clients on medication purpose, dosing, risks, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state/federal requirements; maintain accurate records.
