Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an accredited school.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state.
• 1–3 years of directly related retail/ambulatory care pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications following standards and laws.
• Provide excellent customer service and clinical care.
• Interact with patients to answer questions about medication therapy.
• Review patient plans for therapeutic appropriateness and coordinate with prescribers.
