Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and verify demographic and insurance data.
• Handle multi-line phone system, route calls, and provide front-office support.
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate findings to appropriate parties.
• Collect patient payments (co-pays/deductibles) and issue receipts.
• Support scheduling and provide coverage for registration tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and CMS regulations.
