Heartland Imaging is seeking a Patient Coordinator for our Louisville, KY outpatient imaging center. This full-time dayshift role supports registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk tasks to create a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.

You should be friendly, organized, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. There are no on-call or weekend requirements; benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Patient Coordinator - Full-Time, Dayshift

Position Summary:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details:

• Position Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, dayshift, with flexibility for opening or mid-shift hours
• Location: Outpatient Imaging Center in Louisville, KY @ 7807 Shelbyville Rd
