Ivy Health is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role with WFH flexibility. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, scheduling, and general front office tasks to create a welcoming clinic experience.

Leverage your administrative experience in healthcare, maintain patient records, coordinate appointments, and deliver outstanding service to patients and families while collaborating with clinicians and partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
