Job summary

HCA Healthcare Pathology Services in the Panhandle is seeking a PRN pathologist to provide floating coverage at our hospitals. The role supports multiple facilities within the North Florida Division, requiring flexibility to cover diverse shifts and cases.

Qualified candidates must have AP/CP certification or board eligibility, an active Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain), and comfort with the full scope of AP and CP for community hospital practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wide range of surgical pathology specimens.
• Cytology cases include non-GYN, thyroid FNA, and lung FNA.
• Clinical pathology may include peripheral smears and blood bank reviews.
