Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Florida is seeking a PRN Pathology Anatomic and Clinical Physician to provide coverage at their facilities. This role requires flexible coverage on Mondays and Tuesdays and involves handling a variety of surgical pathology and clinical cases. The ideal candidate must be board certified or board eligible and possess excellent communication skills. Competitive daily rates and a flexible schedule are offered, along with necessary malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Anatomic Pathology/Clinical Pathology.
• Skilled in handling a wide range of surgical pathology specimens.
• Ability to provide coverage on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide floating coverage in the South market.
• Conduct surgical pathology and non-GYN cytology exams.
• Perform clinical pathology tasks including blood bank reviews.

Skills

AP/CP certification or board eligibility

Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
