Job summary

HCA South Atlantic Division is recruiting for a PRN Pathologist for Forward Pathology Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of HCA. The role involves a wide range of surgical pathology specimens and a variety of cytology cases, with clinical pathology elements including peripheral smears and blood bank reviews.

Candidates should have AP/CP board certification, Florida license or FCVS, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• AP/CP Board Certification is required.
• Three to four years post fellowship experience preferred.
• FL licensed or FCVS in place.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Wide range of surgical pathology specimens.
• Cytology cases primarily consist of a variety of non-GYN specimens, thyroid FNA’s, and lung FNA’s.
• Clinical pathology may include peripheral smears and blood bank reviews.
